Is my information safe when using this site?

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently support PayPal and the most popular credit card payment methods on the market.
My payment was declined, why?
Solution: Get another credit card or try using PayPal as a checkout method.
If your credit card has been declined, there may be several reasons: there are no available funds on the card, you entered the wrong CSV security code, the card has expired, you entered the wrong billing information, the credit card doesn't allow for online purchases (credit card is not present for purchases), etc. In any case, just call the issuing bank and they will tell you why the card was declined.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has been shipped but not yet received and you wish to cancel it, shipping charges will not be refunded and you will be charged a 16% restocking fee. If the item is in transit, please contact us and we can attempt to return it to the sender.
You may cancel or modify your order at any time prior to shipment. However, if you choose to cancel your order and pay with PayPal or a credit card, a 4.99% processing fee will be charged if the order has already been processed. If you purchase using Affirm, a fee ranging from 4-11% will be charged. This fee includes merchant fees for processing and refunding credit cards, PayPal accounts, or Affirm.
