SUPER CHERY Return Policy

At SUPER CHERY, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases.  Understanding that sometimes an item may not be what you expected, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

 

Cancelling or Modifying Before an Order has Shipped

You may cancel or modify your order at any time prior to shipment. However, if you choose to cancel your order and pay with PayPal or a credit card, a 5% fee will be charged. If you purchase using Affirm, a fee ranging from 5-10% will be charged. This fee includes merchant fees charged for processing credit cards, PayPal accounts, and refunds.


Returns After an Order has been Received Before sending it back, you must contact us at xulongtaobole@outlook.com. Any product returned without prior notice will be refused. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items must be uninstalled, unused, and returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping charges. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. If you choose to return an accessory but it is improperly packaged, causing it to be damaged during return shipping, the customer is responsible for the damage.

 

Custom Orders

If you cancel a custom order after ordering parts from our factory, you will be charged a 50% restocking fee. Custom orders are not available to other customers because they are customized by the customer.

 

Installation and assembly problems

If the product is installed, it belongs to you, unless there is an assembly problem. If there is an assembly problem, send an email to xulongtaobole@outlook.com with a picture of the assembly problem. If the product is indeed defective, it must be reported to SUPER CHERY within 7 days of receiving the package. We will issue a return label and send a replacement product. If you decide to return the product instead of sending a free replacement, we will still charge a 15% restocking fee and shipping. SUPER CHERY provides an assembly guarantee for all products correctly installed by a professional body shop. If the item has been damaged or altered (cracked, bent, scratched, painted), the item is no longer suitable for return. Any product using double-sided tape can only be returned if the protective tape is not removed, and once one of the protective tape is removed from multiple products, it cannot be returned, nor can it be refunded or replaced.

 

Transport damage

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately and provide pictures of the damaged product and the shipping box. Do not install the product. Once installed, we will not be able to claim for damage. SUPER CHERY checks the quality of every part that leaves our factory. If the product is damaged, it may be due to shipping and a claim needs to be made to the shipping company.

 

Refund schedule

Refund is processed within 5-7 working days after return inspection and approval.

 

Return period

We will no longer accept returns after 15 days. The 15-day period will begin after delivery of the package.

 

Wrong or missing product

If you receive the wrong product, please immediately send the product picture and order confirmation number to xulongtaobole@outlook.com. We will issue a return label immediately and once the package arrives at your local fedex outlet, we will mail the correct product. Before installation, try assembly and double check that the product you received is correct. After installation, we will not be able to return the product. The parcel was lost in transit

After receiving the tracking number, please pay attention to the tracking number regularly. Delays are common during this period. If your package is delayed by more than a few business days, please contact us immediately. If the shipping information is incorrect, please contact us. The sooner we catch a mistake in FedEx, DHL, or USPS, the more likely we are to correct it. If the package is delayed for more than 3 weeks, it is likely to be lost and we need to file a claim with the shipping company before we can proceed.

Follow the instructions in the return request confirmation email.Since SUPER CHERY has multiple warehouses, please contact SUPER CHERY to obtain the address of the warehouse corresponding to the returned products

For international orders, SUPER CHERY does not refund any VAT, GST, customs duties, handling charges, customs clearance fees or other charges that may be charged to your country in connection with the shipment of the goods.
