Transport policy
All orders are placed as soon as possible and my goal is to ship as quickly as possible to provide the best customer experience.
In order to provide the best price to price ratio, we ship separately from different warehouses in the US and China.
All items sold by SUPER CHERY are guaranteed to be delivered within 25 business days and most items are delivered within 5 to 10 business days.
All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days except for U.S. holidays (out of stock, customized items excluded).
If your address is a remote location, additional remote location fees apply. (For remote areas such as Puerto Rico, Alaska, etc., our customer service will contact you to cover a small portion of the shipping cost.)
In most cases, military addresses such as APO/FPO can't be shipped, and commercial couriers such as UPS, Fedex, DHL, TNT can't ship APO, FPO, DPO addresses.
For some EU countries, we may choose some tax-free channels for shipping. Shipping declared value we will write lower than the actual value.
We use UPS, FedEx and USPS as carriers and require customer signature confirmation upon delivery. Shipping methods vary by product type.
Our responsibility for the shipment ends when we verify from the carrier (UPS, FedEx and USPS) that the shipment has been delivered to your address.
If the shipment is not found at your delivery location after signing for it, we will not be able to replace or refund it, and once the product is verified as having been delivered to your address, the responsibility for the shipment is yours.
If the carrier is unable to deliver the shipment despite repeated attempts, we are not responsible and it is the customer's responsibility to coordinate with the carrier to receive the shipment at a convenient time and location. No refunds will be issued if the shipment is returned to SUPER CHERY as undeliverable.
It is the buyer's responsibility to cooperate with customs clearance. If customs clearance fails due to the buyer's failure to cooperate with customs due to the need to provide information or to pay back taxes, we will not be responsible for the failure of customs clearance.
Customs duty, consumption tax, etc. are the responsibility of each buyer. SUPER CHERY will not be responsible for the payment of such taxes if they are required by the customs or other relevant government departments.
